Promotion conditions

• The Bonus is applicable to initial deposits by new clients or for returning customers – Depending on the account status and the capabilities of Artsmrkts at that time.
• For the initial Deposit, The standard bonus is 20% up to $500 bonus granted.
• Higher Than 500$ will require approval from management.
• Scalping / EAs not Allowed
• The bonus will be limited to one account per client and only to new clients
• The Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• If the client wishes to withdraw his funds prior to completing wagering requirements – The client is able to withdraw only his NET Equity and should not have any open trades while requesting the withdrawable amount.
• Trades and or profits made with this bonus funds shall be canceled as well and account balance shall return to net balance if the client insists on withdrawing prior to completing the wagering requests.
• The required number of lots will be calculated as the following: (Bonus granted)*40%
• Only Standard accounts (2 pip Spread) would be considered in Bonus volume calculations.
• Only FX & Metal volume would be considered or calculated.
• The Bonus is limited to expiration date of 3 Months for completing the required number of lots.
• In order to claim the Bonus, the client should have his trading account funded and flat (with no open positions) and then claim to support@artsmrkts.com. Artsmrkts will review the account and approve within 24hours if the account has been sufficiently funded.

Example 

Client deposits $2500 and receives a 20% bonus (i.e. $500). They are expected to do 200 closed lots (40% of bonus amount) before being able to withdraw their profits. 
If client satisfies the volume criteria of 200 lots and wants to withdraw profit achieved on the account, he will not lose anything, i.e. he can withdraw the initial amount deposited as well as the profit created in the account but without the bonus money itself. This means that once a client has satisfied in full the volume condition; they are entitled to the full amount of Equity and profit or loss. 
If client does less than 200 lots and he loses the whole amount along with bonus, his bonus is automatically cancelled and doesn’t apply on later deposits 
If he does less than 200 lots and decides to deposit more funds and receives another 20% bonus, the total amount of volume to be done will be 40 % of the sum of the first bonus and that of 2nd bonus granted.
